## Return Conditions
1. Returns can be requested within 7 days from the date of receipt.
2. Items must be in brand new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags.
3. Some items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, such as underwear and earrings. Please refer to the product description for specific details.
## Return Process
1. Log into your account and select the item you wish to return from your order history.
2. Fill in the reason for the return and submit your request.
3. After our approval, we will provide you with a return address.
4. Please send the item back within 3 business days.
## Refund Methods
1. Original payment method: Credit card refunds will be returned to the original card, which may take 7-14 business days.
2. Store credit: If you agree, we can convert the refund amount into store credit, which can be used immediately.
## Return Shipping Fees
1. Returns due to quality issues: We cover round-trip shipping fees.
2. Returns due to personal preference: The buyer bears the return shipping cost, and the original order's shipping fee is non-refundable.
## Special Circumstances
1. Received wrong or damaged items: Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, and we will arrange for an exchange or full refund.
